Spicy Crunchy ChickPeas From January 2011 All You Magazine
1 tablespoon Olive Oil
½ teaspoon Cinnamon
½ teaspoon Cumin
½ teaspoon Allspice
½ teaspoon Salt
¼ teaspoon Pepper
1 15oz can Chickpeas (Garbanzo Beans) Draned, rinsed and patted dry
Preheat oven to 400. Line a rimmed baking sheet with foil. Combine all above ingredients except the Chickpeas in a large bowl. Once well combined, add chickpeas and toss to coat evenly. Dump the chickpeas onto the baking sheet and roast, stirring and shaking the baking sheet often, until crunchy and browned (about 35-50 minutes). Transfer to a bowl or dish to cool, stirring occasionally before serving.

I love chick peas in salads. Never thought of something like this. I bet this would make a great packed lunch or goto snack to keep that candy craving down. Nice one Ang
