1/8 cup oats
2 tablespoons dry PB2
2/3 cup 1% milk
1 tablespoon cocoa powder
1 frozen banana.
1 tablespoon water
In a blender, dump in the oat and blend til powdery. add in remaining ingredients and blend til smooth.
Enjoy!
