Ingredients:
3/4 cup water
1/3 cup old fashioned oats
1 splenda packet
a few drips of almond extract
small sprinkle of allspice
20g (1/8 cup) dried cherries, cut in half
7g mini semisweet morsels
Bring water and spices to a boil. Add oats and cherries. Cook til done. Top with chocolate chips.

Terrific idea! We love raisins and chopped fresh apples in our oatmeal....next time I see a bag of dried cherries, you can be sure I'll be trying this...cause I am an oatmeal LOVER!
