45g (or Palm full) of fresh blueberries, stems removed and rinsed
1/2 frozen banana
(you may need some water or milk, but mine didn't!)
Put them in the food processor and give it a whirl.

Blueberry Banana Ice cream for One
I kind of forgot I wanted to do this till I started blending up ingredients for something else!
45g (or Palm full) of fresh blueberries, stems removed and rinsed
1/2 frozen banana
