ReplyDeleteThere is an amazing Mexican food restaurant called Chuy's that serves the BEST Creamy Jalapeno Dip I have had in my entire life. (I should note I'm a Texas girl who loves some Mexican food.) I made a very addicting copycat recipe this week. In fact it was so addicting my husband requested another batch. I also made southwestern egg rolls to go along with it. I made both lighter to help save some calories but it did not compromise the taste. Can't wait to check out what all the other lovely ladies have been up to this week :)
